DESCRIPTION OF THE EXPERIENCE

Brachetto is an autochthonous Piedmontese grape variety that gives wines with a unique and unmistakable character. Known mainly for its ability to produce sweet and aromatic wines, the Brachetto is appreciated for its floral scents, reminiscent of rose and geranium, and for notes of red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry. In addition to the sweet version, famous all over the world, Brachetto is also suitable for vinification in dry version, offering a more fresh and complex taste experience of still or sparkling wines.

We invite you to discover the world of Brachetto with a guided tour of our cellar. During the tour we will explore the entire wine making process, from the harvesting of grapes to the final aging.

The journey will take you through the techniques that transform the Brachetto into unique wines, from still to sparkling versions.
In the tasting room, you will have the opportunity to taste different interpretations of Brachetto: from sweet wines, characterized by delicate scents and enveloping flavors, to dry sparkling wines, fresh and refined. Each tasting will be accompanied by a selection of salami and cheeses typical of the area, to best enhance the aromatic nuances of this extraordinary vine.
At the end of the tasting, you can buy your favorite wines on advantageous terms directly in the cellar, or choose to have them shipped to your home."
